Iran to jab individuals against H1N1 for free

Iranian officials are preparing to mount a free campaign to inoculate at-risk individuals against A/H1N1 flu in the coming days.

Latest figures have revealed a considerable decline in the number of cases that had tested positive for the flu in Iran. No new deaths have been reported in the past two weeks.

Officials, however, predict upcoming waves of the disease in the world as well as Iran, bringing up the need for inoculating high-risk individuals against the disease.

“At-risk individuals such as pregnant women, immunocompromised patients, HIV positive individuals and those suffering from underlying diseases — such as heart, renal and respiratory disorders or active cancer, liver cirrhosis, uncontrolled diabetes, thalassemia, sickle cell anemia and morbid obesity — along with children aged younger than 19 and individuals who are incapable of excreting their sputum will receive the H1N1 vaccine,” said Minou Mohraz, the head of the Iranian association for infectious disease and a member of the National Influenza Committee.

She stressed that healthcare providers who are in close contact with affected patients are in the priority for receiving the vaccine.

Mohraz continued to say that the vaccine will be distributed by the Universities of Medical Sciences in different parts of the country free of charge in order to overcome any possible black-marketing of the drug.

She stressed that the quality of the vaccine has been approved by the Iranian Ministry of Health, suggesting that no certain complication would be reported.

The head of the Iranian association for infectious disease said healthy individuals do not need to be jabbed against A/H1N1, adding that following simple precautionary measure can ward off the flu in these individuals.

    Opinion –
Both the sons have E/Beta Thalassemia Requiring frequent transfusions.
HLA matching done with the parents and daughter does not match with the sons.

Dr Sunil Required me HLA high Resolution lab test reports for finding a donor from india germany USA and world wide,But HLA HIGH RESOLUTION test is not available in All over the Pakistan So in oct 2015 we have go to india and meet with Dr Sunil bhat he performed some Lab test including HLA High resolution.i have staying in india 1 week and go back to our home country Pakistan.after One month HLA High resolution reports was received from HISTOGENETICS USA (Reports Attached Both Kids ) and then Dr Sunil was finding a donor from world wide Donor registries,

In March 2016 we have a good news from Dr Sunil that 10 by 10 unrelated Match donor was find out in USA,(organization Name Be the Match) but he also told me its a very costly to get PBSC (preferable blood stem cell) he told me its cost of USD 45,000 and NH hospital will give me estimated expense for BMT cost is around USD 60,000 for 1 patient excluding the PBSC Cost and other blood transfusions and staying in India and other accommodation expenses Traveling expenses visa processing around USD 10,000

After that i have discussed with my family regarding all scenarios, and we have decide to done bone marrow transplant only 1 kid, because of shortage of fund so i can sold my car and jewelry and flat and arrange payment for NMDP(National Marrow Donor Program) Be The Match in April 2016 i have transfer the amount of USD 45,000 to NMDP for PBSC collection from Donor,Dr Sunil will confirm us the donor was donate the cells At 13 Aug 2016,and tell me to come India for Preparation for BMT so we will move on 18 june 2016 to india Bangalore, and as per Dr sunil on 21 june 2016 he will collect the PBSC of my elder son Muhammad Saad Salman for just safety purpose after this Dr sunil give him 1st Chemotherapy on 30 june 2016 every thing is under control and then Dr sunil tell me the donor cell was late until 28 aug 2016 so we have plan to admit my son in BMT unit after the cell will receive in NH hospital in the mean time dr sunil will give second Chemotherapy to Muhammad Saad Salman after all of this we have plan for Hickman line on 18 aug 2016 dr suggest me some lab test before hickman line

    1)CBC , SGOT,SGPT,PT,PTT

the test reports is very shocking for me and Dr The SGPT of Muhammad Saad Salman is 3099 IU/L gradually down day by day and in one week its around 400 IU/L and more down then Dr Immediately performed more lab test for both kids Muhammad Saad And Muhammad Suhaib

all test reports is ok and negative but HCV Anti bodies was reactive in both Kids then dr send another sample for Hcv Pcr RNA Qualitative there is also detected then another sample was done on 20 aug for HCV RNA PCR QUANTIFICATION reports shown 164000 Viral Load Muhammad Saad and 313000 viral load Muhammad Suhaib

    And Genotype IS 3

As per dr if HCV is reactive it will take almost 3 to 4 month for negative through medication,

That’s why bone Marrow Transplant was postpone until HCV Hepatitis C was negative, and after 3 month staying in India bangalore we all have back to our home country without a bone marrow transplant PBSC was received in NH hospital on schedule 28 aug 2016 and its cryopreserved until both patients are clear from HCV

so i am in karachi Pakistan but still not start any medication for Hepatitis C due to there is no any oral Therapy and medication(sofosbuvir and daclatasvir) approved from FDA for Kids and interferon and ribavirin have very harmfull side effects that’s why i am waiting for miracle From ALLAH and pray for my sons to clear hepatitis C spontaneously

But India Have treatment for HCV Hepatitic C for 4 month through oral Medication

At this moment i will inform you PBCS is already received in INDIA,Hepatitis C treatment Also Available, and i have INDIA visa for all from last 1 month but i don’t have funds for Bone Marrow transplant because i already mention i have sold every thing and at this moment i have only find out organizations and fund support foundations,Who can Support me for treatment of both KIDS in any country or Any Hospital in worldwide, that’s why have told to arrange me some thing for my kids healthy life i also told you please help me if possible
